The minimum order quantity is 100 units

How long will it take to receive my custom order?

Production lead times vary from 30 - 90 days depending on the product availability, materials used, and customization process. Shipping time is not included and may vary depending on the method.

Will Commemorative Sports Towel design my towel?

Yes, a design specialist and representative will help you create a towel mockup based on the responses you submit in the custom order form. Commemorative Sports Towels does not provide illustrations, graphics, logos, or text for custom orders. Organizations must ensure they follow the guidelines in the order form.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and checks. All orders are subject to tax.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required before an order for custom products moves into bulk production. We will request the deposit after you approve your towel design.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of goods.
